Our mission at Appjobs is to bridge the gaps in the way we work in the future for all stakeholders: from job seekers to work providers and decision makers.
We believe that work can be improved and become more flexible using apps.
We are aware that this shift has created the gaps in the labour market and can threaten social inclusion. These gaps appear in a variety of different forms including information asymmetry, job insecurity, lack of benefits and the lack of career development opportunities.
Appjobs was created to help fill these gaps: using curated information and creating viable solutions for flexible work. We gather, structure and implement information and solutions to create a future of flexible work for all and implement them into one integrated system.
We strive to help all job seekers feel a sense of belonging through self respect. We want to support workers: not only with finding a job but also working better through apps.
To help this mission come into fruition, we started building Appjobs.com in 2017. It quickly became one of the most comprehensive online indices of flexible work providers: with coverage in over 500 cities across 40 different countries and in 12 languages.
We also aid work providers using our Sourcie platform as well as engage gig-workers with our latest initiative, the Appjobs Rewards app.
In less than 4 years, Appjobs has gained nearly 2 million members across the globe and connected over half a million job seekers with apps and services like Uber, Airbnb, Doordash, Upwork, Lime and many more.
Appjobs has physical offices in both Stockholm, Sweden and Katowice, Poland. However, the team that makes Appjobs are from a whole host of countries - with some of the team working remotely from different time zones.
